Our Story
It all started back in 2015 when our founder, John Smith, was hosting a cocktail party. He wanted to impress his guests by serving drinks with large, crystal clear ice balls. However, he couldn’t find any affordable ice ball molds on the market.
Frustrated but determined, John decided to make his own. He tinkered in his garage for weeks, going through prototype after prototype. Finally, he engineered a simple yet brilliant design – the first Tinana® Ice Ball Maker.
John’s guests were amazed by his perfect cocktails chilled with gorgeous, slow-melting ice balls. Word quickly spread about John’s invention. Soon friends and neighbours started asking if they could buy his ice ball maker. Sensing a business opportunity, John patented his design and contracted a manufacturer.
In 2016, Tinana® sold its first Ice Ball Maker online. We were overwhelmed by the enthusiastic response. Customers loved how our ice ball mold was easy to use, effective, and affordable.
Buoyed by this success, we expanded our product line to include more innovative barware and kitchen tools. Our aim was to enhance everyday food and drink experiences. We wanted to help people create moments that feel magical.
Today, Tinana® offers a wide selection of unique kitchen products available online and in stores worldwide. But our founding vision remains the same – bring joy, ease, and elegance to daily life.
